Shipping Policy:

We pride ourselves on shipping orders as quickly as possible. Occasionally due to unforseen circumstances there may be a delay in shipping your order, in which case we would contact you ASAP.

Out of Stock Items and Back Orders:

You will be notified by email if the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock or on back order. We make every effort to have all products listed on our website in stock but we have occasionally had certain items get placed on back order. If this happens with an item you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option to wait for the back ordered item or cancel your order.

Refund Policy:

If you receive a product which you have ordered and it is not what you wanted, you may return the product within 30 days from date of invoice for a credit toward an alternate purchase provided the product has been unused, is in its original packaging and is otherwise in totally resalable condition. The only exception to this is specially ordered items.

To make a return you must first contact us (sales@leadingedgehobbies.com or Toll Free 866-389-4878) to authorize that return. Please do not return an item without getting prior authorization! Also, with the return, include an short explanation for the return.

If, by error, we have sent you a product which was not what you had ordered, we will be happy to replace the item for you. Return the incorrect item to us by regular mail, insured, and we shall reimburse you the postage and send out the proper item with no additional shipping charge. Again, the item being returned must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging. Do not use a product if it is not what you had ordered unless you intend to keep the product anyway. We will not accept used merchandise for return and we will not accept packages sent to us COD.

Defective Product:

If you get a product that is in someway defective or missing parts we ask that you first contact the manufacturer. Most manufacturers place their contact numbers prominently on the box or on the instructions. Generally they are happy to get you going right away.
